The Taco Bell in Mt. Olive, NC has consistently poor order accuracy, and I don't think I will be dining there anymore. At least half the time, my orders are incorrect, and this has been an ongoing issue even before the pandemic. I used to go inside to place my orders so I could get a manager to ring up substitutions for vegetarian options without additional charges. When I ask for no red sauce, it rarely happens. Burritos often arrive with the first half filled with beans and the other half filled with sour cream. I don’t understand how this can happen for the third time in a row—I received every sauce except for the sour cream. I’m completely done with this place. If they can’t remember the one thing you’re charged for, maybe they need more training and a raise. I work in fast food too, so I understand how it goes, but come on! There’s a screen for reference, and if the sauces are ordered at the speaker, there’s no reason they shouldn’t be in the bag. The only explanations seem to be laziness and a lack of focus. If they truly cared, they would get it right the first time.
My family and I split our orders between Taco Bell and KFC at this restaurant. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I accidentally got a cut and they not only provided me with a band-aid, but also gave me an extra one to take with me. The food was delicious, prepared quickly, and each item was made exactly as we had requested. We were especially grateful for their hard work on Christmas Eve.
The food was prepared exactly as I ordered it, but I did notice a staff member reaching into the prep bins, eating food, and then continuing to cook while wearing the same gloves. Aside from that, and the long wait times due to being understaffed, I don't have many complaints.

The staff at the drive-thru were extremely friendly. Although the service was a bit slow, the food was tasty. I ordered from both the KFC and Taco Bell menus and my order was accurate.
I love Taco Bell it's reasonable and light good and not a lot of pressure on your stomach. . I just wish they keep those Nacho Fries active. I love there Nacho Fries.
Drive thru order from both KFC TB. My TB order was hot made fresh, enough napkins portion. The gentleman at the window was very pleasant. Everything was great.
Getting slower and giving people wrong bags in drive thru and still giving the driver behind the bag the other one went through...thats a no no

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. The service can be a bit slow at times, but it's definitely worth the wait.
I have been in love with the chicken pot pie. Out taco bell n KFC are connected.
