Since no one answered the phone, I will leave my review here. One of the staff members at this restaurant used my debit card last night to purchase food just 10 minutes after I placed my order. I have my receipts and evidence to prove it. It seems like they thought I wouldn't notice, but their transaction was 30 cents more than mine. The restaurant consistently gets orders correct and quickly. Every meal I have had there has been perfect. One time, while sitting in the drive-thru with my spouse, we overheard the people in front of us ordering $70 worth of Taco Bell. We were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff handled such a large order, allowing us to continue on to our next destination without delay. Great experience all around.
such a bad customer service. employees are so rude and only because they can't hear them properly, they will be with them about what they actually ordered. they gave not only a wrong order, but only because they have to change my drink that they got wrong, the hired did not even close the lid and it so filled that everything was spilled in my car by staining. they really have to work on their service.
I cant eat u our new hot sauce that comes with the hamburger meat had bad accid reflux and my nose drained flem down my throat I'm still coughing it up a week later. I tried about 5 or 6 weeks to keep eatting there but I can't. Been eating taco bell since the 80s. Bring back original hot sauce so I can eat there again

they never give the right order. when we ask for beans they give meat in it and we’re not allowed to eat meat: they also gave stale cinnamon twists to us. wouldn’t recommend going through the drive thru because the orders are always messed up!!
You basically have to beg them to give you the hot sauce you ask for, otherwise they’ll interrupt in you a million times when you’re trying to tell them “fire sauce” cause they want you to leave and not give you any sauce at all.
I ordered a bean chalupa with no lettuce and added beans instead, along with a bean burrito with no beans, just lettuce. I ordered 2 chalupas and 4 burritos, but only received 3 packets of sauce.
The slowest and rudest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Left delivery driver waiting almost ten minutes and customers with no line waiting over five who just gave up and used the kiosk.

Literally every time i go here they get the order wrong and forget things. I have to park and check my food EVER TIME before leaving. And every time there’s stuff missing and wrong.
Food was good. But dining needs to be kept clean at all times. No napkins, no sauces filled up had to ask cashier for it..
