I had a positive experience dining here with my family. We ordered both Taco Bell and KFC items, and all the food was prepared well. The restaurant was clean. There were two ladies who were very friendly and kind. I believe they were both managers. When I dropped one of my Cinnabon Delights on the floor, they replaced it for me. The way they spoke with us and invited us to come back again was just not what you'd typically expect at a fast food restaurant. It was nice. They seem like they foster a pleasant work environment for the employees and make the customers feel welcome.
This restaurant is extremely disappointing. They close early every day; I found it to be empty by 9:15, despite Google indicating they should be open until 11. I really think they need to reconsider their operations. I'm surprised the franchise hasn't been discontinued.
I'm not quite sure what the problem was with my order. One driver abandoned it because it was taking too long, and then another driver ended up waiting for about 15 minutes for food that I had ordered over an hour ago.
My kid loves the Nacho Fries so when they are available I make sure I pick some up. The drive thru employee was very nice I don’t have to ask for anything, which was a bonus because he included everything in the bag.

Did the drive through. Got the new wraps..Asked the drivethrough lady to repeat the choices.. she spoke too quickly and unclear, so I got 2 spicy slaw wraps.. they were GREAT!
THESE WORKERS ARE RUDE IT IS DISGUSTING! Was not greeted, was rushed at ordering. There attitudes were insane. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WORKING IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY DO NOT DO IT!
Please do not go to this location. Restaurant employees were clearly under influence, closed the location early, and served terribly wrong order.
As for parking, they have their own lot that is wheelchair accessible, complete with handicap spaces near the front entrance.

Food was cold. Hardly anything in my taco which the soft shell was breaking apart clearly old. Overall bad
Food is always Hot and fresh employees have a great attitude so customer service is wonderful ?
