We’ve visited this location multiple times, but it appears they need to improve their attention to customer orders. We ordered three tacos and two burritos, but unfortunately received the wrong items. The customer service leaves much to be desired, as our small order took nearly 20 minutes to prepare. There seems to be a lack of communication and listening skills among the staff. They either need to retrain their employees or think about bringing in new ones. I would strongly suggest looking for other restaurants in the area for better service and food!
The quality control at Taco Bell is very disappointing. Frequently, ingredients are missing or there’s so little filling that you end up mostly eating the shell in their tacos. Requests to at least fill them adequately don’t seem to make a difference. Additionally, the landscaping near the drive-thru hasn’t been maintained for months, overrun with weeds and often littered with trash that remains for weeks. I doubt the kitchen or dining area are any better. Overall, poor management.
The prices at Taco Bell are reasonable considering the portion sizes. However, like many restaurants nowadays, they seem understaffed, which leads to slow service. The dining area is often left unclean, and it's frustrating that condiments aren't readily available for customers to help themselves without having to ask the staff.
The restaurant was extremely dirty, with trash all over the floors and no clean tables available. Honestly, it felt cleaner to eat at the Oxford Fair.

The food is consistently well-prepared. However, the in-app promotions and mobile order options may differ from one location to another.
The restaurant is clean and modern, adhering to the usual KFC standards. While nothing really sets it apart, the service is efficient.
Although it may not be true Mexican cuisine, it’s a fantastic option for those who enjoy fusion food.
I enjoyed the most delicious crunch wrap at this place. A+!
