So we noticed some changes to the menu that affected what we always got. But Hayiley explained and accommodated for us. Which was awesome because we both have autism so it messed with us when the changes to the menu. But she did a good job explaining everything, and she went I've exactly what we wanted and was so polite and patient with us. It's so nice to have some people be so good with customer service and demeanor affects the overall perspective of a visit to any establishment and Hayiley is a great example because it made ours good!
Dirty, slow, and out of everything. This stop was a huge mistake!!! The staff was nice but this restaurant is so poorly ran that it should probably be closed. You couldn't see through the glass doors because they hadn't been cleaned in what looked like at least 6 months. The drive through windows looked the same. My thoughts are, if you can't even clean your doors than the food prep areas and the rest of the restaurant is just as dirty. Good luck, GROSS!
Terrible careless service. Before even placing order I was notified of 7 missing items. Placed order was asked 2 separate times if my 6 crunchy beef tacos were regular or Supreme. When I got home I had 1 beef taco and 6 spicy potato soft tacos. All items were on top of Mexican pizza so I was crushed and stuck to inside of box.Incompetence and just not caring.
Bathroom was beyond filthy. So gross I wouldn’t even was my hands. Ordered the vegetarian breakfast crunch wrap but as we were driving down I26 towards I95, took one bite and it had bacon. Discussing for a vegetarian. Had to buy a whole new breakfast at the next Taco Bell in St George. Not far. Skip this one!!!

That. Was. Disgusting. Biggest waste of $25. The girl at drivethru was friendly but the food literally tasted like garbage, a mix of dog food smell and old cabbage. My Baja Blast had no syrup so it was like 3 day old carbonated water.
Restaurant smelled of urine! Service was extremely slow. Counters and floors were unclean. Should be closed for health code reasons!
It took 30 minutes for my order to arrive. This was the slowest service I've ever experienced at a "fast" food restaurant.
Food was not fresh at all. Manager’s behavior was rude and staff as really slow. Wont stop at this location again.

Asked for bean burrito with no onions. Got an onion and cheese burrito with no beans.
This is the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bell I’ve ever visited.
