This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the entire cypress Tomball area. Highly recommend anyone going to taco cabana or a Mexican restaurant over this horrible fast food location. I have given this location multiple chances and every single time they let me down. Not only is their drive thru the slowest drive thru I've ever been to but service is atrocious and don't even think about placing a timed order for pick up. They force you through their 30 minute wait drive they then tell you that your food order wasn't placed yet so they are preparing and have the audacity to ask you to go back through the drive thru. Tell me, what's the point in placing a timed order when they don't prepare it...
I placed a pick-up order because the lobby was supposed to close at 9 PM, and I arrived at 8:30. However, the staff had locked the doors with a restaurant full of people inside. Despite my order being ready, they refused to let me in and made me wait in the drive-thru line. I always thought this place was decent, but honestly, I can't recommend it anymore.
This tacoglocke is something else! I honestly don't know what I would do without food. Taco Bell is usually my go-to, but my friends suggested trying this place, and I’m glad I did. The prices were really reasonable. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my experience. It was all around a great time!
We actually went in for KFC, but it doesn't really matter, the staff are always awesome in the branch, we avoid our closest from home to come here, even the chickens seems like it's cooked better, even though it should be the same?

Well the screen for my 2 bean burritos with sour cream and extra cheese said $5 and some change....I got home looked at my receipt and was charged over $13!!! Not happy.... And there were so many onions in it I could not enjoy it
Taco Bell has become frustrating ever since they required customers to use the app to order the Quesarito, which is the only item I really enjoy on the menu. The staff has treated me fairly, and that's about all I have to say.
Keep in mind, this place closes 30 min early. The staff wants to leave at midnight, not close at midnight. If you say your open til 12, you need to be open til 12. Otherwise change your hours.
Drive thru line is soooooo long I have been in it for over 20 minutes too pick up an order.and the doors are locked so I can only go in the drive thru.

So the tacos had a problem but when we went to return them they were kind returned the money and didn't argue with us good service.
that was waiting a little long, but that was as expected. Police occupation. probably among servants like most places.
