When I arrived, I found the front door locked and tried to get the attention of the staff inside. Eventually, one of them came to the door and told me I couldn't pick up my order. I explained that I had followed their instructions and that I had already paid for the food. He just chuckled, reiterated that I couldn't get my order, and then shut the door and locked it right in front of me.
I contacted corporate, and they informed me that processing a refund would take 3-4 business days. I’m reviewing Taco Bell based solely on their nacho fries. I typically only visit when these fries return, and this is the only location that has consistently served fresh, hot fries. I’ve tried at least six other locations since the fries came back, and I was close to giving up because most of the time the fries were old, soggy, and lukewarm. This location, however, really impressed me by delivering fries that tasted like the original, high-quality nacho fries.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've visited. Sadly, it’s just a few blocks from my home, so I find myself there a few times a year. In the five years I’ve been coming, they’ve never gotten my order right. There’s always at least one item missing, often more. The staff is usually friendly and willing to replace missing items if you return, but who wants to go through that hassle?

Taco Bell is one of the better choices among fast-food restaurants, offering delicious tacos. However, while their quesadillas are enjoyable, I find them overpriced at $4.50, which is just unreasonable, so I wouldn't buy them again. This is the only reason I'm giving them a rating of four out of five.
This is one of the best Taco Bells I’ve been to! The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are friendly and do an excellent job with orders. They ensure that the food looks appealing, fills the orders accurately, and does so in a timely manner. I can’t wait to visit this Taco Bell again!
