Sometimes, you have to make a difficult choice: do you prioritize the quality of the food, or do you choose to support the people behind it? Personally, I lean towards the latter. Unfortunately, this franchise shows little regard for the safety of its employees, which is evident in both the food and service. The atmosphere is filled with dissatisfaction, and the condition of the restaurant leaves much to be desired; it’s unclean and the food lacks proper hygiene, all due to the negligence of the owner. I then went to the front door, which was locked, and tried to get the attention of the employees inside. Eventually, one of them came to the door and told me I couldn't have my order. I explained that I had followed their instructions and that the food was already paid for. He just laughed at me, repeated that I couldn’t get my order, and then shut and locked the door in my face. I called corporate, and they informed me that it would take 3-4 business days to process a refund. I tried contacting the actual store this morning, but no one picked up; it just rang and rang. I'm writing this review solely based on their nacho fries. I typically only visit Taco Bell when they bring these fries back, and so far, this is the only location that served me fresh, hot fries. I've tried at least six different locations since the fries returned, and I was close to giving them up for good due to the repeated disappointments—most of the time, the fries were old, soggy, and barely warm. However, this location really impressed me by providing fries that brought back memories of their original, high-quality nacho fries.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Unfortunately, this plave happens to be a few blocks from my house, so we end up there a few times a year and in the 5 yrs. I don't think they have ever gotten my order correct. It's always missingat least 1 item usually more. They are usually pretty friendly and have no problem giving you whatever is missing if you goback, but who wants to deal with all that? Reserva una mesa ahora

For a fast-food restaurant, Taco Bell is one of the better options out there, and they serve excellent tacos. Their quesadillas, however, are good but not worth the $4.50 price tag; that's just ridiculous, and I wouldn't purchase them again. That's the only reason I'm giving them a four out of five.

This is one of the better Taco Bells around! It's always clean, and the employees are friendly and do a great job with orders. They make sure the food looks good, fills the orders correctly, and does so in a reasonable amount of time. I'm looking forward to visiting this Taco Bell again!

Just went through the drive thru. The chick was mentally ill or something. Couldn't take an order to save her life. Get my order and they skim me a taco and everything is cold af. No meat in their tacos. This is the last place. I will ever go to again.
