I really wanted to give a good review, but I just can't. I didn't even bother asking for a manager because I doubt it would make any difference. This is, without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered. The place is a mess, both inside and out. The coffee machine was broken—it's just hot water! They got my order completely wrong and take forever to serve customers. The staff seems uninterested and unwilling to help. I can't say I didn't see this coming. After swearing off this place for ten years, I thought I'd give it another shot, but it hasn't changed at all. I even remarked, "Oh no, this Taco Bell is the worst," and unfortunately, I was right!
Corporate your workers are running without rules. I arrived at 01:30 and they turned me down, and they were out of uniform. Completely unprofessional. Manager was rude as well and I had done nothing wrong. Seemed that they wanted to party as I saw them smoking outside in front of of us. Not acceptable, if nothing changing, expect me back and watching. The store is going for losing. For some reason they can't seem to get orders right. there is always at least one item wrong or missing and there's been a couple times when I got someone else's order. And what ever the random item that they put in my order is it literally was a tortilla with a tiny bit of cheese and barely and beef at one end Definitely never getting food from this location again
Taco Bell has followed suit as all the other fast food restaurants. A kiosk and apps. Don't get me wrong I love the convenience, but what ever happened to human interactions? Still, it's Taco Bell. I never thought I would be leaving a review for Taco Bell, but I have to! This location is fantastic! They always get my order correct, and it’s not just accurate—it's also well-prepared. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and respectful. I make the drive from Sterling Ranch to visit this place, and it's definitely worth it!
A lot of really harsh reviews here. They are incorrect. I go here a lot, usually late after work or the gym. Rarely/never have I received a wrong order or cold food. Staff is perfectly reasonable to interact with. Its taco bell, not Guy Savoy for god sake. I swear New Yorkers/Californians just want to ruin everywhere they touch.
Went inside to eat and it was super gross! It took them forever to give us the food we ordered even though there were like 5 people working. I'm giving this place 5 stars because, for Taco Bell, the food was exactly as it should be. Just a heads up, there might be a wait since they are quite short-staffed. Be polite and patient, and your order will come through eventually.

Today was my first time at Taco Bell in years and it was fantastic and I will definitely be returning. I got soft chicken tacos and the chicken was fantastic. Much better then the chicken at chipotle in comparison.
Some lady told us they had breakfast, so we began to order. She cut us off by saying they weren't doing it anymore. It was way before breakfast ended so I don't know what the heck was going on.
