Look it's a fast food place during a time when employees aren't paid their worth. Went around 130pm on a Friday. They are doing dine in but ordering off the kiosk only, which I have absolutely no problem with, feel I can customize a lot easier than in person since I make changes etc. Food was made just fine and had no issues myself.
I get a craving for Taco Bell a few times a year, and it never disappoints. The young woman working the register was particularly informative and pleasant. I'll definitely be going back.
Food was hot and fresh It better be ! I sat in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes.
