Was not in a Taco Bell age and was looking forward to 3 to 4 regular hard shells tacos and a drink BUT I was DISAPPOINTED to completely change the menu with ridiculously high prices so that I was on a Beefy Burrito at $3.00 EA. Do I have BEEFY??? Not even nearby I opened the burrito to find taco sauce only one third was RICE, one third was a bean PASTE, and finally the last third was actually meat. Beef ground over the table spoon. The FLAVOR was not bad, but very DRY. I had to add Taco sauce. I was served by the MANAGER. Caucasian Female, 5'10, maybe 6' Brown Hair 30's. She was very friendly, professional and especially PATIENT. I must have solidified on the menu board for a good 5 minutes...
I have never been served within 20-30 minutes. I always place my order on the app ahead of time and then it still takes at least 20 minutes to get my food. Tonight I put an order in online to walk in and pick up, the doors were locked (3.5 hours before lobby closing time) so I had to wait in the drive through for 40 minutes when I was planning on walking in and grabbing it inside. My food was cold because it was made so far ahead of time since I had to wait in the drive thru
One of my more favorite Taco Bells in the area, but that's not saying much. Its dollar menu items are now 1.59 and this does vary depending on the location you go to. The one in Norwich is a little cheaper if you are in the area,; However, this Taco Bell remains the fastest when it comes to order placed to receiving the food. Overall, it's still a Taco Bell and nothing fancy.
This is easily the worst Taco Bell in the country the food doesn’t meet basic standards. Late night drive through is an experience that is best described as ridiculous. The food takes so long drivers fall asleep waiting to order. I have yet to see a single person receive their order in 40 minutes.

I would give 5 stars because I love the food. But I waited in line for over 35 minutes to order food. I use to work at Taco Bell and even if they were out of all meat. It wouldn't take this long. There is no excuse for this.
I waited for 45 minutes to eat. they only allow to go through, I tried to go in and they said I should go. as soon as they are on the way, they cannot leave because it is a single-track system
I have always like taco bell, food is good and service is commendable. Driving through is fast and the staff was very friendly. One of my favorite fast food takes out.
July 2021 I really don't like Taco Bell, but it was a late, last minute type of meal, and it was surprisingly fresh and hot.

40 minute wait time wasn't what I had in mind when I went here. Food was fine otherwise, no complaints about that.
