This place deserves zero stars. I ordered five crunchy taco supremes, and they were served to us completely cold and soggy—not crispy at all. It felt like they had pre-made the tacos just to hand them out as orders came in. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, which wasn’t surprising given the overall experience. Additionally, they claimed the ice machine was out of order, and the soda was completely flat. I will definitely not be returning to this location. The Taco Bell on Garfield by Hollydale is much better and consistently good. This place is terrible.
