I worked at TB for almost 2 year and understand the struggle completely when it comes to rush and getting orders correct. However, I do not appreciate being lied to in order for an employee to cover themself. I had a pickup order today and went through the drive thru. Everything was excellent up until I got my food. I immediately knew the food wasn’t mine when I pulled out, so I came inside, with my paper mobile order receipt, and asked to have a remake on my order. The cashier that spoke to me told me that someone had came and picked up my order, which was me- as I had the receipt in hand. After an hour cumulatively waiting in the drive thru and then in the store, I got my remake. Order was...
Just 20 minutes ago I bought 6 crispy tacos and 2 Burrito supremes. The original drive through the server got the request for extra sauce wrong and did not try to fulfill my request for extra sauce. She gave me a sauce per article. 8 taco sauces in total. The manager should be rewarded. She stepped in and gave me extra sauce. She made sure that my request was met. Great work for the ride through management. Great rescue. Taco Bell is a great fast food option for those who just want to increase hunger quickly. Testy servers make it easy to choose just another place to get something. The Nederland business is still recommended because of the administration.
