Have a favorite menu item that you were told that can only be ordered through the app? Well don?t plan on getting it at this location. I had a manager on two different occasions tell me how to order the Chicken Quesorito (only available on the app now)and when I did and went through the drive-thru to pick it up, I was refused service. They told me they can?t make the chickenquesorito but would charge me for an extra side of chicken on the side that I could put in myself? Uh what? You can?t switch outthe beef for the chicken? If you don't have something in yet.. you shouldn't be advertising nacho fries on your window and it shouldn't be on your menu available to order until you do. I came for nacho fries, I ordered nacho fries from your menu (in store and online have itavailable) I paid for nacho fries... and I get told we don't have nacho fries but you can have something else.... the only thingpreventing this from being a bait and switch is that it wasn't an up charge for substitution of something I didn't come for....oh and in all of this didn't get the freeze that's on the menu that they also don't have nor did I get a sub for it...unfortunately that seems to have become this place's mos. eta: different visit....
The wait was incredibly long, and in the end, it just wasn't worth it. We decided to order online to avoid any delays, as their website had promised. However, when we arrived, we found ourselves waiting at the drive-thru window for our prepaid order. To make matters worse, the cook came out to let us know that he had to substitute our steak with either chicken or beef because the customers in front of us had taken the last of the steak. This is our go-to place, and the quality is usually solid. However, tonight the chipotle burrito was a bit skimpy on the filling, and the most disappointing part was paying for a cinnamon twist that wasn't in my bag. It’s a small issue, but I don’t like paying for something I didn’t get, and now I’m concerned about whether my orders will be complete when I use the drive-thru.
Ordered a crunchwrap supreme from the drive through. I live 2 minutes from this location. Opened the food and could see that the lettuce was all soggy. Took one bite of the crunchwrap and could tell that it had been made for a while. The crunchy shell wasso floppy and falling apart. Awesome!
The food was excellent! Unfortunately, the tables throughout the restaurant were not very clean. Even though the drive-thru was busy, we were the only ones eating inside. I had to clean the table myself using my sleeve.
This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The service is prompt and friendly, and they consistently get my order exactly right. I eat here roughly once a week, and every experience has been exceptional.

It's one of the best Taco Bells in the world! However, I noticed they don't have a consistent closing time; they seem to close whenever they're ready. I don't think they adhere strictly to the Taco Bell protocol.
