I wouldn’t even get this Taco Bell a 1 in service. Today I was in the drive through. 4 people I’m front off me so I was unable to get out on the line. When trying to order the person on inter-come said they were busy and asked me to come inside and order. I said how can I get out of line to do so when I had for cars in front of me. He said either way you would have to wait. Which makes no sense if I’m already waiting in the line. Clearly frustrated I said why not shut down the drive through if they were busy and not taking orders. He said “why don’t you just go home and cook.” Unbelievable customer service …such a shame how people are treated any more.
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The woman who helped us spoke Spanish and seemed annoyed because the drink we received was incorrect, but instead of fixing the issue, she became upset. She used profanities in Spanish and even gave us the middle finger. To make matters worse, my 6-year-old son was in the car with us. If Taco Bell allows this kind of behavior from their employees, I don’t see them lasting long. Such unacceptable actions should be dealt with immediately. I plan to contact a lawyer regarding this incident, and I believe this employee needs to be addressed by corporate headquarters.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on January 2, 2023. I arrived at 8:03 and waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru just to reach the order screen. After that, it took an additional 14 minutes to actually place my order. Once I paid, I waited another 5 minutes for my food. Overall, it took nearly an hour just to get my meal. There was no communication or updates from the staff during the long wait, which made the situation even more frustrating. The service was poor. On a positive note, there are parking spaces available around the restaurant, and they do have a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.
When I placed my order, the person at the window told me to double-check my order on the screen. One part of my order was missing, and she said I couldn't reorder it for free; instead, I would have to go around again. The cashier had a bad attitude and was arguing with another customer while I was in line. I decided to walk inside to reorder my food, but I noticed that the employees seemed very stressed due to the long wait. Ultimately, I chose to leave instead.

On the evening of October 27, 2023, around 11 PM, I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with extra meat. Unfortunately, it arrived with even less meat than a regular one. DoorDash issued a refund for the missing meat, but I’m left wondering what to do with a meatless Crunchwrap Supreme. On the bright side, the MTN DEW Baja Blast was enjoyable.
I always wonder where the tacos went! They used to be my favorite! I would go there occasionally, and I loved the tacos, quesadillas, and burritos – I enjoyed everything! Plus, the drinks were fantastic! I absolutely love Mexican food! Keep it coming, and great job! Thank you!
Never go. I'll wait 15 minutes for Nacho-Fries. they treat people who go inside as if they don't play a role. it is driving thru or nothing here. Nobody knows how to use the register. No one looked at me for 10 minutes, and there are six people working.
Food was good but I did not receive the amount of Hot Sauce Packet I ordered. Ive ordered a bunch of times before and its usually consistent with the packets. Food was perfect as always!

I was curious about where Taco Bell is located! I can't wait to go back! I’ve always loved Taco Bell and enjoy having it every now and then. I really miss their food!
The chicken quesadilla and the Dorito tacos were great would have been better if they didn't forget to send the sauce
