I used to come here a lot, but after Covid-19 this place might be the worst Taco Bell in the country. Sometimes I go here out of spite and let my friends listen in to how bad the service is. The last four times I tried to order they had no Baja Blast or Mountain Dew. The last two times I didn't get my food. I'm not going to give them a third chance to refund my card. It should be illegal to have service this bad. Oh yeah one time I went in and the the staff almost got into a fight with each other because they gave my food away to someone else.
I ordered three beef chalupas without tomatoes, but unfortunately, they came with tomatoes and the chalupa shell was burnt to the point of being inedible. There was hardly any meat or cheese, but too much lettuce and just a tiny bit of sour cream. This is the second time my chalupas have been burnt, so I won't be ordering from here again. The quality of this place has really gone downhill quickly.
The service and food were awful. I didn't want it, but my kids did. Paying $42 for subpar food is not acceptable. The kids didn't even eat it, so I'm returning it to Taco Bell. The tea I ordered wasn't even fully made and had sugar at the bottom of the cup. They contacted the wrong customer. I am trying to reach an area manager but they keep hanging up on me.
there's no telling where my hands have been all day, I need to wash my hands before I eat, and the employees need to wash their hands after using the restroom and yet there is no soap in the restroom for the second day in a row. If you buy your food here make plans where else you can eat it.

I asked 4 times to add jalapeños, they confirmed that they added them when I ordered, and my ticket indicated that I was charged for adding them. When I bit into my food, no jalapeños! It wouldn’t matter except that I paid extra for them and did not get them!
Lady that took our order wasn’t personable I do understand that Taco Bell might not be the most ideal place for friendly staff but it was an absolute bummer. And why are they always out of large cups? I guess we’ll do San Jose next time lol.
I must say the food was made to our specifications, but management and professionalism is non-existent here in Columbia, Sc, loud rap music using profanity was being played and folks hanging out in the lobby like it's their homeboys house.
The worst place ever it took them 3 hours to make 3 taco supreme and steak tacos then once they made it they gave my order to someone else I will give them a star for being open

Everytime I pull-up there’s a long line and the whole staff is outside smoking either a blunt or a cigarette. Whole staff from GM down need to be fired and restaffed
New photos have been posted. I was passing through and needed a quick bite to eat. The service was still fast and friendly.
