Awful service and awful food. I just got off of work and decided to stop by to grab something quick before I go home. I paid for this disappointing food and can't do anything about it because I have to go to bed and be back at work at 4am! I work in the food industry and I would be very disappointed in my staff if they treated people the way the young girl at the window treated me and not to mention her attitude at the drive through speaker. It 's normally okay with decent service and the portions do tend to be small compared to other Taco Bells. I still like coming here though. The problem is that last Sunday I dropped by here and no one answered the drive thru. I hate being that customerthat goes Hello? at the speaker but after saying Hello? like 3 times I drove to the one at Wardlow and Norwalk to get food.I don 't know if they were understaffed or not but I saw no one by the window so who knows.
Don't use this Taco Bell. Go to another one. I got breakfast here Sunday morning and when I went to get my refill on the coffee, I was told that yesterday the owner told them not to give out refills. Who does that? The person that runs or owns this Taco Bell must hold a lot of hatred towards their customers. And to think I was going to go to McDonald's instead, next time I will.
The lady at the counter forgot to give us all our drinks for my first order, then I put in a second order with a slushie they passed out the food but once again no drink, when I asked for the slushy the lady yelled at me and said I already got all my drinks and I then had to explain that this was a completely different

It amazing how a large order of over 10 tacos and a pizza and a burrito Can only get FOUR sauces on the side!! It is the simple things that matter on delivery orders.And soon starting pay will be $20, wow!

Went through drive through today and asked for 8 tacos only and they couldn't even get that right. Only gave me 7. Every time I come here the order is messed up.
Slowest taco bell I have ever been to with no one in the drive through line they took 10 mins to make one breakfast crunch
