This location used to be great. I feel like it’s gone downhill over the last couple years. Food is sometimes fine. Other times not so great. Missing items seem to be a common thing. Service isn’t very friendly anymore. The outside order screen has been broken for about a year. Nobody really seems to care at this location. I go to the Foothills Blvd or Sunset Blvd locations if I can help it.
The tortillas were quite disappointing. They were old and tough, making them almost impossible to bite into. Mexican restaurants are expected to serve fresh tortillas daily, so this was a letdown. I paid over $4 for them, and they certainly didn't live up to that price. It seems like the premium cost might be going towards the manager's new Porsche instead.
I placed an online order at Taco Bell and received iced coffee instead of the hot coffee I requested. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my taco, which completely ruined my evening. The menu options were appealing, but my experience was very disappointing.
If I could give this place a zero, I would! It's really disappointing— the staff constantly forgets orders. I definitely won't be returning. I've also found hair in my food and seen roaches around the restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora
Two weeks ago, my Baja Blast Mountain Dew Freeze was a light greenish-yellow and tasted like mango. Today, it was the same, but the other Taco Bell location in Roseville had the correct flavor. Please fix this.
This restaurant isn't particularly remarkable. The food is what you would typically expect. However, it's conveniently located near the freeway, making it easy to reach.
Amazing Taco Bell! They got my order exactly right, and the spicy potato soft tacos were delicious and the perfect size.

While fast food may not be the healthiest choice for anyone, Taco Bell certainly delivers on taste.
