Ok I will preface this by saying I am not a review type of person, in fact I am against it, but I have already done everything I can to try and find higher management for this store to no avail. So here goes nothing, first of all my order was made incorrectly, but before that while ordering my food inside, I told the “manager” I wanted 2 items she took it as I wanted them together I said oh no I would like both separately. The she proceeded to strike me with an attitude and a strange face. As I waited there were multiple other customers inside that were served before me who had ordered after me. This is the second time I had a very bad experience at this Taco Bell/KFC. First was at the drive-thru, I ordered five items and as I was ordering my dessert I was cut off and told to go to the window. Once at the window, I asked to add my dessert then was told that I was not allowed to add anything at the window. Once explained that I was cut off and not done ordering, I was told that I had ordered too much food for the drive thru that nothing else was allowed to be added. Silly me I went again a couple weeks later and decided to go inside so I did not have the same problem. PROS: The location is great. The concept of both the KFC with Taco Bell is outstanding. From the highway, you can see KFC very clearly, but to my surprise, there was a TacoBell too. CONS: Being met with a funky attitude is never okay, especially when I'm spending my money. The outside wall at the drive-through window is DISGUSTING. It matched the attitude I received from the pregnant young lady who was nasty for no reason. I was extremely polite to her, but she was not interested in offering kindness. Hands down the worst location I've ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waited in line with 1 other car for 20 minutes just to get to the window. The man who gave the food to the car in front of me, leaves the window and started taking carpets outside. Finally get my COLD food AND my soda is flat. This location is terrible. Well I was right, when I received the bag with three tacos in it. I checked to make sure they were in there because it was so light. The tacos aren't even a quarter inch in thickness. Mostly just shell. What a shame, never going back to this Taco Bell again! I wish I could share my pictures.

The last time I was here I got a beef chalupa and the wrap was the freshest I've ever had. I get Taco bell often and I was impressed. However this last time the chalupa wasn't so fresh but service was good. I def recommend this location.

The service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. My orders have frequently been incomplete, and the food is often poorly prepared. I would recommend choosing a different place to enjoy a meal if you have the option.

The worst Taco Bell to ever call itself Taco Bell. Service is trash, they always miss orders and everyone who works there doesn’t want to be there. Drive to the haddonfield one if you want decent food.

Classic Taco Bell fare… It never disappoints, especially on a bustling weekend evening! I absolutely love the Diablo Sauce… Why? Because I’ve got the munchies!
