The service was slow. The food was greasy and taco shells broke to pieces. The atmosphere was like everyone was mad waiting for there food. Then a lady came in with her dog in her arms. Ordered stood by soda machine with the dog. Then sat at a table and let her dog eat food off the table. No it was a service animal either. Not one worker said anything. That's gross and disgusting.
"Although the restaurant claims to open at 8, when I arrived at that time, I was informed that they needed 'five more minutes.' I was then asked to pull into the parking lot because it tracks their time. However, I believe it should also account for the time I'm waiting for them to open as scheduled."
This is the second Taco Bell in the area that surpasses expectations in every way: food quality, service, and staff friendliness. The Nachos Party Pack with steak instead of beef is fantastic. Everything was delicious, though the nachos could have used a bit more cheese. Overall, a great experience!
