I love Mexican food so I was really keen to try this place and we finally did today. It should have been a warning sign how deathly quiet it was... But we ignored our instincts and sat down and ordered meals and drinks. The waitress completely forgot about us and busied herself doing nothing, we had to remind her that we had ordered some drinks. The food arrived finally and my quesadilla was poorly presented (slopped into the plate, quite runny sauce) although I must admit it was relatively tasty. My partner ordered the tacos and said they were incredibly bland :( we felt the service was quite poor, we were a nuisance to the 'busy' waitress. We definitely won't be making a return visit.
I went here with my friend on a Saturday morning, knowing that it was going to be busy. We were quickly seated and the waitress was fantastic. I had a coke and a supreme burrito and it was SO good! the slow cooked beef with the rice and cheese with sour cream hit the spot! I also enjoyed the chips and salsa that was directly given to you once you took a seat. I would definitely be back.
For some reason, people think that Mexican food needs to have lots of cheese! No it doesn't. Go to Mexico and check it out!The food is always consistent here and the staff are reasonably friendly. However, I can no longer order my food here because it's just not tasty enough - too much cheese and the corn chips are sometimes stale.Save me from the cliched nachos.Hope it improves
First time I've visited the branch at Chadstone. Ordered 2 mains and a kids meal. Time taken to deliver food - 30 mins . The 2 mains tasted like prison food and the kids meal was just French fries and chicken nuggets. Paid around $70 in total. I could've had more value for money if I visited the nearest prison for lunch.

Not sure if it's changed hands! But the food was tasteless, they've cut back on meal size! It didn't look appetising, more like it was slopped on the plate! Ordered a fish bowl margarita that tastes as though there was zero alcohol! $40 for a slushie!!! Won't be going back there for Mexican!
Let me start off by saying the food was really delicious and filling, however, it didn't really look all that appetizing. Secondly, it was the worst service I've ever actually experienced. Waitresses never smiled, were quite rude in their manner and speech. Not impressed at all.

Slip, slop, slap meals on a plate! What a joke of a place! Bad service, and even worse food. Mexican? Quite bland and tasteless really. Had a takeaway delivery once too - food was delivered cold and quite inedible. NO !
