My first visit to Tacos Don Chente was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Just a note: they accept credit and debit cards but do not take Apple, Samsung, or Google Pay. Aside from that, I would definitely come back. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos!
The staff were friendly enough, but the breakfast felt overly Americanized. The salsa tasted like it came straight from a can, the rice lacked the authentic Mexican flavor, and my son's pancakes were undercooked in the center—burnt on the top and raw inside. I wouldn’t recommend this place for breakfast.
My first dinning experience was pleasant. Friendly staff and the food arrived fast and was satisfying. Fyi- they take credit/ debit but no Apple/ Samsung/ Google pay. Other than that i would definitely stop by again. I recommend the shrimp tacos!!

The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The only downside is that there’s only one cash register, which means there can be a long wait to place your order.
Food is good when u want a lil more quality than the taco shop down the street. Support our local businesses thats why we dont have nothing nice in h.p
If your in the mood for great mexican food, this the place to go. Courteous staff, nice dining area nice ambience, i go there often.
Very good authentic Mexican food always get the super mulitas with chicken or carne asada delicious and not so expensive!!

The food and service were excellent! The Mocajets were delicious, especially when paired with a michelada on the side.
