Taino Smokehouse is an amazingly beautiful restaurant for anyone who loves western theme decor. The interior design brings you to Montana, Wyoming or New Mexico with its Indian presence. Great room. Two floors. Regular say it is packed on weekends. I can see why. The event I attended had three appetizers for guests. One was a cube bacon or pork bell tasteful, but chewing; another was cut kielbasa a reliable dish; and the third was a spicy shrimp that had some heat. If you leave your car and go from the parking lot towards the building, the aroma of food is distinctly delicious and starts your appetite. When entering the building you will be welcomed by a delicious aroma and the house. Inside is suitable for all numbers and types of customers. You can sit at a table, in a cozy stand, as a group, or individually at the bar, which strategically places seat orders away from the distraction of other customers. Had the opportunity to visit Tainos Primehouse recently and I really enjoyed it. I was in the Middletown location a few times, so I was pumped to check the higher Meriden location. Everything was great, the staff was very helpful and the food came out really quickly. We started with the bbq egg rolls that were pretty good. For my head, I ordered the bride who was very tasteful. Super moist and very delicate. The pages were okay, but the cornbeard was the standout. This brown butter on another level. I was also impressed with her drinks selection. There is a good selection of local beers to choose from. A great place for a high-quality steak or Bbq dining experience.

My wife and I met friends at an early Saturday dinner (5:30). They were sold out of some things like steak, ribs and a dessert or two because they were so busy. Some can criticize that it speaks for me with their popularity and quality of taste and presentation. The environment was great for conversations. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Our server, Derek, was top notch. Friendly. Attention. Excellent setting. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to my friends.

Stopped in for afternoon drinks on a whim, and the drinks were FANTASTIC! Great flavors, strong, and love the fancy large ice cube. Beautiful decor too. Have to come back for dinner sometime!
