Very happy to post a review for the Tally Ho. Unfortunately for us, having moved to the area 4 years ago, this was the first time we visited the Tally Ho, but it certainly will not be our last. We loved the ambiance of the pub itself, a place to go for either a drink with friends or a delicious meal. The food was superb, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. If you live in the area or are visiting and haven't been to the Tally Ho you should try it, you will not be disappointed. It will not be long before we return.
I'm totally out of words what I'm supposed to say about this pub. eating was amazing, the drinks were great. the staff was very personal and friendly. I knew right away when I went to this pub, I would love him. the menu is absolutely fantastic, catering for all food types. so much variety it is difficult to choose one! this is my favorite audience where I have ever been. will come back for more.
this was our second visit to this beautiful venue, from the beaten away this charming traditional pub, offers the most fabulous food of top quality, the personal are wonderful friendly with additional bonus of owner dog betty the basset dog who greets us who is an absolute joy. I can't recommend this place high enough. book them in advance so popular with tourists and locals.
beautiful pub, wonderful service and the most amazing food. eating is simply scurril served in a true character, country pub with native offers the atmosphere all need good pubs. fantastic menu, varied and catering for everyone. can highly recommend. the scallops were a mixture of pan fried and. just delicious!
