FIRST AUS, this place usually has to order a line in the morning, but it is worth it. It's not a generic Mexican like so many others. Tamale Kitchen has classic Mexican dishes with taste. They are not like a lot of average Mexican restaurants where the sauces are only casual and lack of taste, because no spices or salt. The green Chile is thicker and more tasteful and it does not run quickly from the food it is given up. The enchilada sauce is red and thick with deep taste. Dear Tamale cuisine! We come for breakfast Burritos every chance we get as we live nearby. Love that there is an egg, cheese and potato option for our daughter, who is a vegetarian, and meat options for the rest of the family. When we eat there, we get our burritos crushed and when we take them to go, we order them especially. The sauce is amazing, a perfect amount of spicy! Super friendly staff, fast service too!
The value that you get from this restaurant is incredible, I had heard from friends about this place and had to go check it out. I found the staff to be very kind and welcoming. Great food and even better service. I will be recommending to friends, family,and coworkers. I can?t wait to come back soon!

I absolutely love Tamale Kitchen. I typically go every Wednesday for lunch. It's a friendly environment. Quick service and really good food. I'm a huge fan of the red chili. I'll keep coming back.
This is the typical franchise fast casual. Much of the food is brought in from a commissary kitchen and good flavor but questionably held without refrigeration or heat.
Go to breakfast burrito spot. Everything else is hit and miss. Guac is a hard pass. But the green chile in the breakfast burritos is what keeps me coming back

I wish the prices would drop but that’s everywhere— the food is of great quality here, and the people do their best with long lines when they happen.
