The quality of everything—tea, food, and even the cups—was extremely poor. First, I ordered a foam tea drink with half the usual sugar, but it was so sweet that I ended up adding my own unsweetened tea to it. Then, as I tried to put the lid back on, the flimsy cup collapsed, causing everything to spill all over my work desk. I spent 25 minutes cleaning up the mess, wiping down my carpet, computer, desk, and notes.
