I ordered the milk foam cap matcha latte, and it came out to 4.50+, and apparently I can't use my credit card for purchases under $5, so now I have to get an additional order that I don't want. I ordered the Formosa sausage, and it was such a waste of money spending almost $12 for both crappy items. The Formosa sausage was so dry and tasted like plastic, as if it was recooked a few times. It looked really shiny and just hard. It also took a lot longer than other orders for some reason. The matcha latte tasted horrible; pretty sure I've had matcha latte here without milk tea, and just the matcha and milk, but not being a fan of milk tea, this drink was a dump. The quality of everything—tea, food, and even the cups—was extremely poor. First, I ordered a foam tea drink with half the usual sugar, but it was so sweet that I ended up adding my own unsweetened tea to it. Then, as I tried to put the lid back on, the flimsy cup collapsed, causing everything to spill all over my work desk. I spent 25 minutes cleaning up the mess, wiping down my carpet, computer, desk, and notes. Unfortunately, the spilled tea even contaminated the food I had purchased there, forcing me to throw it away. It was a total waste of time and money.
In terms of my ratings:
- Service: 5 stars
- Fish cake: 2 stars (it was over-fried)
- Popcorn chicken: 4 stars (though the rice was disappointing; it needed to be cooked with less water)
The side dishes were fine, and overall, it was a great deal for the price. I also received a complimentary tea with my order, which was a nice touch.
This is my favorite spot for a delicious Strawberry Frosty Milk. I always order it with mini Boba, and I haven't found another place that offers mini Boba. The staff is consistently attentive and friendly. We always make an effort to come here, and it never disappoints!

Tried to order earl grey milk tea over the phone, which it was specifically on your menu website, and the person who pick up the phone, saids "we are tapioca Alhambra, we don 't have that. "Do you not read what is on your menu? So unprofessional.
Love this place!! Always tastes fresh, healthy and very flavorful! I always order the spicy crispy chicken meal with a green tea! Pot stickers are amazing and also the calamari! The drinks are all very well made too..
Saw they were hiring so I went to print a resume for them and the staff told me they weren't hiring. Why do you keep a hiring sign if you aren't hiring? What a waste of time.
Unfortunately my Thai iced tea snow bubble wasnt good. The drink is just chunks or ice that weren't blended properly.

Excellent drinks and a good place for a delicious snack. Try their new tofu donuts... pretty good.
I like their tempura/fish cake and the brown sugar, it SOOOOOOOO GOOOD!!!!!! Love it!????????????
