This destination is beautiful, spacious, and very well-organized. I visited this store, which is beautifully decorated and has many items arranged on the shelves. Unfortunately, I struggled to find what I was looking for because the aisle signs were not placed correctly, leading me to check almost every aisle. Eventually, a gentleman from the business tried to assist me in locating the product. However, it became apparent that it was not available in stock, and I had no way of knowing that until they found the item themselves. After nearly half an hour of searching, I left empty-handed! When we moved back to the area in 2014, I was puzzled by the existence of two stores right on the same road. Now, in 2022, I find it even more confusing that there are two locations just a mile apart from each other. Both stores seem to be here for the long haul, especially with the recent renovations. While the other location on the road is more aesthetically pleasing, I prefer shopping at this one because it’s smaller and allows me to quickly find what I need and be on my way. However, the pickup process is a bit odd; customers have to go to the customer service desk, which then directs them to another part of the store to collect their items. The cell phone representatives in Target stores are third party resellers. They will try to sell to you for cheaper prices than if you were to go to an accredited store. As it may sound enticing and like a deal you will have problems down the line whether it be billing issues, account issues, or them having sold you used or counterfeit phones. They only care about their sales and commission. They are not actual AT&T employees. If you plan on purchasing a phone go to a legit AT&T store. Save your

This review applies to the Target Springfield store. Good prices if they have what you want. Drive up service is generally slower than Springfield West. I only come to this location if the items I want are out of stock at the other Target. I can't figure out the system at this location. In my last visit two customers who pulled up later than me got there delivery sooner. Avoid drive up pick up at this location. Much better service at Target Springfield West.
I love Target! My only problem with them is they need a Big and Tall section for the men. It’s nice that they have one for women, but I feel excluded when I see all of the nice styles for men I can’t wear. It’s bad enough that there’s not many stores for a plus size man that won’t charge you a fortune.
I like this store. It is convenient for my help. And is always clean and well-stocked. I do not like being accosted by sales people when I come in the door. Makes my shopping experience uncomfortable.
