the positive first: eating was ok and also not too expensive.Even if you have to judge the facility and service while taking into account the price level, would be clearly more in it.The facility is very rustic and looks more like fresh from the 70s (while over taste can be disputed).The staff is more moderately motivated. with us would certainly have been a lot more turnover in it if you had shown yourself more often in the table. it can also not have been located at the top of the restaurant, that was rather low visited at the evening. for this we had to wait for the drinks for a very long time and at least did not have the impression that we were absolutely working to come back.
Although the pommes are still great, the other foods (e.g. cordon bleu with Serrano ham) are partly served a bit sweet and taste no more as good as 1 year ago. the lachs with kartoffel buffers is recommended, but should also have a lemon disc and meerrettich. the fresh trout was announced as blue but came fried. she was very good, but another type, which can give problems to some customers. the lighting in the restaurant incl. winter garden can be improved.Service staff is polite and attentive.
price-performance ratio fits. personal friendly. the food (Schni-Po-Sa) has tasted, Passt.Leider found (business trip) that the device seemed somewhat dusty. not everyone was happy about the good-natured four-legged friend of our table after eating. I personally found it charming!
Unfortunately, the quality of eating has decreased too early and is now at best average. the outdated facility, in particular the unrestrained furniture, now really do not compensate for the long waiting period until the moderately motivated service serves the drinks.

eating was good civic and plentiful. the service was nice, but later overwhelmed, as it always became full. in the garden were unfortunately too little tables and chairs available, as many people would like to sit outside. the price - performance ratio was i.O.
yesterday we were back in the taunusblick. equipment and operation are somewhat retro, but the eating, the ochsenbrust, the salat plate and also the cordon bleu were excellent to moderate trips. we will be seeing more often there.
We were very satisfied, with small excellent appetizer, view contank to Feldberg, outside in the garden, heart what you want more. Only perhaps the ambience could be improved. That's just 4 stars
restaurant with garden. good kitchen with qualitatiw good food; service could be more professional - worth mentioning: oatmeal with delicious dips and an excellent leberknödelsuppe.
