Ich bin ja eigentlich kein großer Fan von Bewertungen, aber hier muss ich wirklich mal eine Ausnahme machen! Was uns am Letzten Dienstag in der Zehntscheune geboten wurde, hatte ich als persönliche Premiere so nicht erwartet! Spätestens aber als ich sah wie voll das Restaurant besetzt war, hätte ich mir schon denken können, das wir hier so falsch nicht sein könnten. Wir würden schon am Eingang sofort empfangen und hatten Glück, auch ohne Reservierung noch spontan einen Tisch ergattern zu können. A friend had booked a table for four on the terrace and despite running late we still got it. Professional and efficient welcome, drinks and menues were delivered fast despite full terrace on a hot day. When you walk up from the old town, you...kind of enter from behind, from the inherit point where there is a small place between the houses, which is partially their patio. Very nice setting, with some plants and shades. Inside its neon green and small, only one toilet each for gents and ladies. Don't think I would have liked it half as much if we had to sit inside. I have been here a few times and had a few different dishes. Everything is very tasty burgers, schnitzel or something more elaborate are available. It is particularly good to sit outside in the summer and enjoy a coffee and cake or iced coffee....During even'ts such as Xmas market they open the barn room and have stalls inside. During football tournament's they also open this barn and put up a big screen and serve bratwurst and other snacks during the games. The World Cup was particularly enjoyable last summer.
In the Kronberg old town. Sit outside on the nice terrace amongst the half timbered homes. The inside is designed more like a club than a cafe (lime green). Service is good (not great) and friendly. No English menu. Selections are varied from breakfast, salads,...pasta, traditional dishes and some more international dishes (curry). I had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Good. Fresh. Chicken well prepared. Would be better with Less dressing, homemade croutons and shaved Parmesan.

Dort findet man als Gast alles was das Herz begehrt von guten Essen bis Perfekten Service. Immer wenn ich dort bin bin ich mit allem zufrieden und freue mich immer auf das nächste mal.Das ist einfach perfekt von der Qualität und die Nahrungsmittel sind immer frisch.es gibt nichts schlechlechtes oder so. Ich würde sogar sagen das dass Restaurant das beste von ganz Kronberg ist.
In die Zehntscheune kann man immer wieder gehen. Innen gibt es nicht so vile Sitzplätze, so dass man besser immer reserviert. Bei entsprechenden Temperaturen kann man schön draußen sitzen mitten in der Altstadt von Kronberg.Das Essen ist sehr gut, es gibt querbeet was für jeden Geschmack. Mein Favorit ist das Kalbsschnitzel. Der Service ist ausnahmslos immer sehr freundlich!
The Zehntscheune is located in the cozy medieval city center of Kronberg. It has plenty tables on the outside and I was waitered by very friendly staff. I ate a vegetarian pie which turned out to be a slice of cake warmed up, I had...expected a small round pie fresh out of the oven. It tasted good though.
......aren't always what they appear. Dark if colourful on the inside, try this barn' on the outside, in the elevated, cobbled yard if the weather permits, for an enjoyable experience. Good, hearty food, occasionally exotic, with pleasant service. Recommended.

Klein, aber fein - sowohl zu Zweit als auch mit Freunden und Kindern. Modernes Ambiente - tolles Frühstück!
