Taverna Della Pizza

This has been my go to pizza place for over 30 years. The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce has a light sweetness to it, and they make and deliver your order quickly. My only complaint is, over the last year or so, I've noticed that the pies have gotten really salty. I don't know if they've changed the recipe, or the cheese they use, but every time I order from there, I feel like I need to chug water for the next 24 hours. I still love the food, but I find myself ordering a lot less frequently.

Literally my favorite pizza place for over 20 years (and I've tried a ton of different pizza places). My typical order is an extra large extra/double cheese (which I'd recommend trying for yourself if you don't believe me). Their prices are great, staff is always courteous and a pleasure to interact with, restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone within the area or willing to drive however far it is for them.

I've been eating in Taverna since I was 5...(47 now) The pizza is delicious!! The whole menu is delicious.. Especially the Sicilian... the staff there was like a second family to me..super friendly!! Always a great meal when you go there!!

Use to hang up there as a child. Return 40 years later, same owner, same great food. Owners are super nice. With some old basic and high school friends that was so special. Look at her! Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm going to Tavernas since I was a little kid, I'm 47 now! Great place to get pizza or even sit. for dinner.

The penne vodka was great and one my favorites are the grandmas pie and pepperoni pizza.
