My husband and I went in they sat us and we didn’t wait long before the waitress Aaliyah came by. She came and asked for our drink order and if we wanted and apps. We received the spinach dip and it was perfect. From there the service went straight to h*ll. We ordered wings as well; NO PLATES, NO NAPKINS. I had to ask her to move the spinach dip plate that was clearly finished; out of our way. Then our food came out my chicken sandwich bread was soggy and didn’t have whiskey glaze like we ordered. I arrived and was greeted promptly, but it took about 10 minutes for the server to come to our table. Once she did, she was excellent—very friendly and frequently checked in on us. However, they were out of most beers, and the draft option available was flat, except for the Miller Lite, which was priced at $2. I opted for a bottle instead. The second beer took over 10 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. It seemed like the bartender was more focused on socializing than on serving customers. On the other hand, the food came out quickly and was about what I expected for a Friday's, so I have no complaints there. However, I don't think I will return to this location.
Sadly I did not catch our waitresses name. However, we will be back! I have a family of 6 and we went out for lunch. Three of my kids are 5 and under. This wonderful lady had no trouble talking with any of us making us all feel like family and cared for. She got the kids squared away with ease so me and my husband could actually look and order what we wanted not just burgers and fries. Checking on us throughout to top drinks and clear giving us time to enjoy ourselves. And if the kids got a bit loud (as my kids always do- I'm raising a zoo I tell you) she waved me off telling me not to worry. I will go back just wish I had caught and remembered her name.
I visited for lunch just as they opened. We ordered the Wing Platter, Mozzarella Sticks, and Fries. We tried three different flavors of wings, and the Dragon Glaze was my favorite. The food was hot and incredibly tasty. Our server, who also worked as the bartender, was excellent—very friendly and attentive. The food was just what we needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant.

First and last time visiting the place, when we entered the place it smelled like a public restroom, my kids ordered chicken fingers with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese which were too salty, I ordered chicken and beef fajitas which were OK but to be honest we didn't like the quality of the food.
Terrible food and not so good customer service. No host showed up at the place to welcome us for around 10 mins. The place was deserted. The steak was so bad that I couldn’t even cut it. The rice and the mac and cheese were so salty!Used to love this place in Dubai!
I was placed by the hostess in a section all by myself. Took a few minutes for a waitress to get to me. My server saved the day. Just wish for better communication among staff and better lighting in the restaurant.
If this is the location by Potomac Mills mall I want to say you all are the best!!! If this is Bowie Maryland location please close down and start again!!! Poor, food, poor drinks, poor customer service, poor!!!!
