Thai Street Market

Thai Street Market has wowed me once again! I ordered through DoorDash, and I can't get enough of their incredible soups. Their rice dishes are just as fantastic! Right now, I’m enjoying the Drunken Fried Rice (spicy) with shrimp. There are plenty of large shrimp throughout the dish (I may have been a bit greedy and picked out all the shrimp first), but you can see from the picture that they use generous-sized shrimp, not the tiny ones you often find. It looks like all their soups come with white rice, making it a complete meal. I tried the Tom-Tom soup with shrimp tonight, and it’s delicious! While this new restaurant doesn't offer a wide variety of exclusively vegan options, the staff is incredibly friendly and eager to accommodate. Every member of the waitstaff I spoke with was well-informed about veganism and made a point to avoid using fish sauce and ice in my order. I tried the cashew later stir-fry, which featured the best crispy tofu I've ever had. Just a heads-up about their drinks: their ginger tea has quite a kick!

I really loved the food here. It was fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. If you order something spicy, be ready for it to be really spicy! I enjoyed it a lot. I had the drunken noodles (spicy) and the Tom Yum soup. I definitely plan to go back!

This is a straightforward restaurant with excellent and quick service. Be ready for dishes that are both spicy and flavorful. If you have specific spice preferences, just ask, and they will adjust the heat level accordingly.
