We really enjoyed our ‘Pie Night’ meal here. Superb homemade pies with shortcrust pastry topping, we opted for mash and veg, plus the meal came with its own pot of gravy too. Generous portions, great food, lovely staff and atmosphere, plus you can bring your dog too (eating in the bar area only). Highly recommend, we will most definitely be eating here again. Tuesday night is pie night! All the specials were pies proper shortcrust pastry top, loads of filling and perfect mash on the side. Pudding was homemade cheese cake made with marshmallow. Great choice of beers and ciders and non-alcoholic beers. Our dogs were welcomed like long lost friends. What a gem of a pub, so glad our campsite recommended them. Food: 5

Only popped in for a drink but a lovely place. Good range of ales. Food looked and smelled really nice. Nice courtyard garden out the back. Staff nice and friendly. Welcomes dogs. Great place to go after a nice walk around Gumley, Saddington and Foxton. Xx Reserva una mesa ahora
