I cannot recommend this company at all! I have been disappointed in the past when I received different cake flavors than I ordered. I tried to overlook it and gave her another chance. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband and was supposed to pick it up the day before. However, she completely stopped responding to my calls and texts when I went to pick it up, and she wasn’t there. I understand that emergencies can happen, but she should have reached out to inform me, and I still haven't heard from her since. If you’re unable to fulfill your responsibilities, then you should at least take accountability for it!
Effective communication is crucial. We ordered a King Cake, but received it raw. The owner promised to deliver a new one to our office on a different day, but didn't show up. After a few days, she contacted us to say she was sick and scheduled another delivery, but once again, there was no follow-through. As a result, our office ended up with something inedible, and it's just another frustrating experience in a string of poor customer service. Like many others have mentioned in their reviews, I wouldn't recommend relying on her, especially for important occasions.

My husband ordered a cake three weeks before my birthday and communicated with the owner via text, sending pictures of the design he wanted. She confirmed the order, but as the date approached, she stopped responding to his messages, and we ended up with NO cake for the celebration. One of our family members had a bad experience with her service in the past, but we decided to give her another chance. That was a mistake, and we won't be doing it again!
Never delivered my cake even after receiving my payment with a significant tip. She ignored my phone calls just to simply put off telling me that she was never going to have my cake made. I was put out on the day of my event causing me to make last minute arrangements. She finally refunded my money after I had to reach out and ask for it the day after the event. Super disappointed by the service of this business.
I hate to not promote a local business, but....I never got my cake that we agreed upon. She obviously does beautiful work, but it seems she doesn't follow through on some orders. Unfortunately my son's first birthday smash cake was one of them :
cake design was great, but the red velvet cake and cupcakes i ordered seemed to be over cooked and very dry. had 20 people eat the cake and all stated they couldn't figure out taste, they said it didn't taste like red velvet.

not only does she do the most fabulous designs, her cakes are the best tasting ever. Bloom 827 hands down!
