Our group experienced an extremely long wait of 2 hours before being informed that we still had to wait longer. Despite several tables being unoccupied, we were not seated. After another 40 minutes, the host finally led us to our table. In total, we waited 2 hours and 40 minutes just to be seated. It makes me question the management of the place—does it really take the entire hosting staff to seat a group? After our lengthy wait, we spent an additional 40 to 50 minutes waiting for our food, and then another 30 to 40 minutes to eat. Overall, we spent around 4 hours in this restaurant for some basic, boiled food. I'm not sure if we will return anytime soon.
My first visit was wonderful, but unfortunately, I ended up with a headache afterward. On my second visit, the experience was also great, but I faced some consequences— I got food poisoning and a headache. I ended up vomiting for three hours straight. I'm sorry to say, Boiling Crab, but I think I have to say goodbye for now. Maybe I'll reconsider next year, but that illness was the worst I've ever experienced.
I really love Boiling Crab! It's the ideal spot to enjoy time with friends and family, and it's very welcoming for kids too! I often order the mussels and potatoes, in addition to shrimp and lobster. The restaurant is nicely air-conditioned, so you won't be disappointed choosing this place. If you go on the weekend after 6 PM, be prepared to wait about 1.5 to 2 hours, but trust me, it's absolutely worth it!
I'm here tonight, and the wait times are extremely frustrating. Moreover, there are several staff members who seem to be just standing around instead of assisting customers. My table didn't even receive a drink refill. It's evident that this place is quite disorganized, which isn't surprising given that many of the employees are in their twenties.

Still the best! Everything was just as I ordered, and every dish was delicious. I experienced a bit of phone congestion but persevered and eventually got through. The pick-up was safe, clean, and well-organized. The staff put in an outstanding effort!
The food here is fantastic, but during my most recent visit with my daughter, the service fell short. The staff didn't come by to see if we needed anything, which was disappointing. Nonetheless, I can't stress enough how wonderful the food is!
The ordering and pickup system is excellent, as they send you a text when your food is ready. This helps reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. It's frustrating to witness people still unable to wear masks correctly, even 18 days into 2021.
We had to wait a considerable time on Friday evening—around 1.5 hours for just two people—but the food was absolutely fantastic! It's wise to plan ahead and not arrive too hungry, as the delicious aromas will make your appetite soar.

The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was lively. I truly enjoyed the delicious Cajun seasoning.
My daughter brought me here for lunch on my birthday, and they even sang Happy Birthday to me!
