The Buddha Belly Mark 11 is really quite an improvement. The restaurant has been opened up so that it is sunnier and diners have a lovely view of the Balinese-inspired grounds. The menu was very nice too. We had a tempura stuffed zucchini flower and salad followed by beer battered fish and chips and also a prawn ceviche and salad. This was finished off by bananas in spring rolls with caramel sauce and ice cream. And I was very happy to see that Mark 11 had retained their signature creamy walnut drink. I just love this frothy concoction and I think it tasted better than before. All in all the meal was really very delicious. I think we liked the fish and chips best of all. The beer battered ch...

Had Mothers Day lunch. Booking for 2:00pm. Not seated until 2.15pm. Given three slices of bread between eight adults. Did bring more after requesting twice. Took 30minutes to get our first alcoholic drinks. Entrees arrived 3.30pm. We were starving by this stage. Another long wait for the mains. We received them just before 4:00pm. The food was okay but didn't meet the expectations realised from previous visits (under original owners). Disappointing that the salad accompanying the entree was identical to the mains salad. Both my scampi entree and fish main were slightly overcooked and mushy. The single gas heater was taken outside soon after we arrived making it quite cold by the time we were...
Buddha Belly is back - After a lengthy close down period (fire) and rebuild I finally ventured backSmaller than the previous configuration, the food is still the dominant influence of why you could comeOpen for breakfast lunch and dinner this is worth a trip toI took on the Nasi Goreng - full of flavour and you could also most be fooled into thinking you were in an Indonesia - well done
We visited for dinner on Saturday, the restaurant was almost full but the service was top notch and the food was excellent and nicely presented. A very good selection was on offer, we had the Chef's daily tasting plate, seared scallops and the chicken in green curry sauce. Highly recommended. We look forward to visiting again very soon. Went to Buddha Belly for lunch with friends. The dishes taste very good, their display is excellent. The service is good too. Being on the roadside of a busy road, it is a little bit noisy but not a major issue. The restaurant feels good with its back garden, pond and Buddha statue. It would be a wonderful place in warmer weather.
This is a peaceful place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The owners go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. I go there regularly and the only bad experiences are when groups decide to descend on the place and turn it into a California Bistro. Normally it is a great place to have a peaceful meal
We stopped here for light dinner. Chef served us small appetiser drink which we like alot. I liked coffee. We had pasta and potato pancake. Ambience of place is really good and host seem to be expert on plants... there is nursery also which you can find open if you visit in noon. It is due for our next visit.
We were most impressed with the degustation menu. The food was beautifully presented in lovely surroundings. The staff were efficient and accommodating and the service was right on target. I would highly recommend Buddha Belly. Reserva una mesa ahora
My wife and I just enjoyed a six course degustation menu with wine. The food, wine and service were all excellent. Each of the six courses was delicious. The wine was good and the staff were friendly, efficient and attentive.
Fantastic choice of cooked breakfast. Very good coffee. Have not been here for lunch or dinner so can not comment, but if it is as good as breakfast it will be fantastic.
