Battlers green farm has a great butchers as well as small shops etc The restaurant is busy but you don't have to wait too long. The food is very good and there's a good choice. The staff are friendly but the service a little slow. The deserts are huge so leave room. Not too expensive compared with places of similar quality. Just popped in for a coffee and cake. There's now a new extension to the restaurant making it almost twice as big.

great place for a weeking English breakfast. quality food and good service. outdoor seating area. many parking spaces and local shops are not chain, individual and interesting.
