The Capital Grille

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, excellent service, and dishes are beautifully presented. However, our steak, which was supposed to be medium rare, was not cooked properly (red in the middle). They kindly gave us a full steak and lobster dinner to take home while they re-fired the unfinished steaks. They took care of us, but for the first time, we are deducting a star from our review. My brother and I brought our mother to this restaurant to celebrate her 68th birthday. Every aspect of the experience was flawless. The entire staff did an outstanding job, making us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant. Special thanks to Justin and George, who were the best waiters we've ever had. The steaks at this restaurant are excellent. I tried the dry-aged sirloin au poivre and it was cooked perfectly to my desired temperature. The grilled asparagus is a popular side dish. For appetizers, I ordered the shrimp cocktail which consisted of five plump shrimp with a very delicious cocktail sauce. The service provided by Rosemary was excellent!

The restaurant provided an excellent dining experience from start to finish, with impeccable service and the best lobster bisque soup I have ever tasted. The meal was enjoyed during dinner service, with a price range of $50-100 per person. Both the food and service were rated a 5, and the atmosphere also received a top score of 5.
