I’m going to make it simple. Arrived 30mins to our reservation around 6:30. Our reservation was at 7pm for a party of 8 adults 1 toddler. Line to check in was ridiculous. Hostess informed us that their text messenger was down, have everyone a pager. We received one. Was also informed that it would be about 10 minutes until we would get paged. 30mins later asked the hostess again and they said they forgot!!!!!!! Pushed us to the front of the line. Waited another 14mins to get another host to show us our seats. 2 Waitress were confused as to how they were going to split the seating and bills since we were a party of 3 separate families. Wow!!! We visited for brunch on Sunday, April 3rd. The food was quite good, though I wouldn’t say it was exceptional. I ordered the omelette with home fries, which were absolutely delicious. We also tried two slices of cheesecake—salted caramel and white chocolate raspberry truffle. We particularly loved the caramel one! The fried mac and cheese appetizer was enjoyable as well, but I must admit I had higher expectations based on my experiences at other Cheesecake Factory locations across the U.S. However, our waiter, Brenda, was fantastic! The food was tasty overall. For appetizers, we tried the fried calamari, which was excellent, and the egg roll sampler, which wasn’t as good. For my main course, I ordered the pasta carbonara, which I enjoyed, though I wished there had been more sauce. My daughter had the Korean chicken, and that was also delicious. The bacon cheeseburgers were decent, but the steak fajitas were somewhat disappointing—lacking flavor. Dessert was enjoyable overall, but I must warn you not to order the Strawberry Shortcake. The biscuits were very hard and bland. However, the classic cheesecake and the pineapple upside-down cheesecake were both fantastic!
Overall, we had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The food was tasty, though the service could have been improved. The waitress forgot to bring my mother-in-law's dish and a drink for my step-daughter. However, she was very friendly and checked in on us multiple times to clear the table. My mother-in-law particularly loved the salmon. The burger was decent, and while the bang-bang chicken and shrimp dish was good, I would have preferred it with just shrimp, as the chicken wasn’t very impressive. I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and I always seem to forget to take pictures for a review. As you can see, we nearly forgot again before we dove into the fried macaroni and cheese, which were absolutely incredible. I highly recommend everyone give them a try—they're just that good! While everything we ordered was tasty, these were definitely my favorite. If you get the chance, opt for the lunch special because the portions are enormous—enough for two people, in fact! I can't even imagine how big the regular size must be.
Fountain drinks did not taste good. Water, coke, hot chocolate were all misses. The spinach and artichoke dip was average. Samosas were delicious! Did not expect it on their menu but was pleasantly surprised after trying it. Will order again. The Raspberry Cheesecake with the chocolate was heavenly. Definitely a great blend of flavors and well-constructed. Will try more flavors. Service was great. Timing of food coming out was great.
I went with my friend, and we had such a great time! The ambiance was fantastic, and the food was incredibly delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We brought a cake from outside, and when I asked one of the staff members for assistance, he was extremely accommodating. He brought the cake and a candle to our table, which made my friend very happy and surprised. Thank you for making our dinner night so wonderful!
Second time going here, and it's even better than the last! Food was absolutely amazing, and the serive was spot and exceptional. Very fast to get seated, and apps/food came out very quickly. The server was very friendly too, and I would definitely come here again. Also, the coconut cheesecake was the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. This place keeps getting better each time I go!
