This restaurant is a nice place with excellent staff! It's the best spot in Edinburgh for breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff. We tried the full veggie English breakfast and it was delicious. The coffee was excellent as well, but I would recommend trying something else. The French toast we had was absolutely delicious! Overall, I would highly recommend giving this place a try. I would definitely visit again if I ever return to Edinburgh.
I had a traditional Scottish breakfast, while my wife had scrambled eggs and toast. We also tried the Big Black Pudding and Haggis. Can't wait to visit again. The atmosphere had a American feel to it. The dining room was spacious with plenty to look at. They had a great selection of music playing. The service was friendly, although a bit inconsistent.
We unexpectedly found a great bar. It's a true American diner with breakfast available all day (Yes!!!). The drinks were good, the music playing was enjoyable, and the staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you're on the Royal Mile. And a bonus - they have veggie haggis, which is even better!
