I'm consistently pleased with Uncle's. The waitstaff are always friendly. I'm pretty particular about how I like my wings (I like them the proper way) and The Crooked Uncle does them right. I'm not big on breaded wings and Uncle's has a naked option and they cook their wings from raw. Any bar that precooks their wings shouldn't be selling wings. Unfortunately, I'm seeing that more and more in the Oshawa area. The chef here is a bone fide chef with experience. The food she makes is good. I like that the menu isn't huge and trying to be too many things to too many people. I don't think they serve much, if anything, that isn't made from scratch. Stopped by this place to grab some wings on special and based on the hype it had for best wings I tried to give it a shot. Unfortunately this place for wings fell really short. I felt like the many people fall in love for the “value” just basing their reviews on the value (size and price). But in terms of best wings, I think they are not..still prefer wings from no cap wings a bit pricer but better quality imo. Unfortunately these wings felt like they were too big and the chicken didn’t have the normal consistency maybe because they were too big, but to each their own. The crooked sauces for the wings was def the highlight here but unfortunately the place didn’t seem welcoming and the wings...

Besides the fact that the beer is ice cold, the food is amazing!I’ve been going for years and have never had a bad experience or bad service. Some of the friendliest staff I’ve come across.So many items on the menu are great! The wings are top notch….BUT, my new favourite has got to be their classic burger (my mouth is watering thinking about it! .Pair that with their sweet potato fries…You’ll thank me later ?Kid-friendliness: The owners and staff go out of their way to make the kids feel welcome as well.Dietary restrictions: I have a picky stomach and the kitchen will always accommodate for me, which is typically an issue when I go somewhere.

This is a great local bar, all the staff try to remember everyone’s names, the servers are all ridiculously friendly, it’s a very welcoming atmosphere. I grabbed a pound of Thai and a pound of Dry Cajun to go today. Both were extremely good, Lisa knows what she’s doing. I’m also pretty sure there are a whole bunch of daytime regulars that have a very unhealthy crush on Jennifer….lolHighly recommended! Reserva una mesa ahora

We drove from Pickering to try their Award Winning wings, and I 'm so glad we did! 8 huge wings per pound that were so juicy and sauced to perfection. Our waitress Jaye really knew her stuff and treated everyone like family. Even the chef Lisa came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. We 'll definitely be back

If you're looking for amazing chicken wings, this is the place to go! The homemade burgers are on the small side, but they are delicious. They offer a good selection of beers at reasonable prices, and they have a daily wing deal that you won't want to miss.

Came just for the Chicken wings and after 7 lb it didn't disappoint at all. Great taste, texture and crispness was on point. Great selection on flavors and dip sauces. Love the Maple Bacon wings. We will be back !!! Reserva una mesa ahora

The best neighborhood bar. I visit at least 3 or4 times per month. Simple menu but good food. I go for the Guinness on draft and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Very friendly patrons and welcoming staff.

A colleague recommended this place. They were completely right. The wings are awesome. Haven't tried anything else. Don't plan on it. They are worth dropping in just for them ??
