However, we were a bit disappointed with the live music, as it was one of the reasons we chose this place. The performance was hard to hear despite the background noise being relatively low. As musicians who have a fondness for Irish music, we felt the performance lacked energy and passion. The musicians seemed technically proficient, but perhaps a bit weary? We might be being a bit picky, but music has a profound impact, and being a musician is a privilege. We missed the joy and enthusiasm we were hoping to experience in their performance.

Coming here on a rainy miserable afternoon, with luck having not been on my side for weeks, it felt like I was participating in an age-old ritual. Come in from the cold, outside world into the warm embrace of an Irish pub to fill your soul on velvety smooth pours of thick-bodied pints of Guinness and a massive heaping of Shepherd’s Pie. That pie was exquisite, the meat cooked delicately but the portions generous. This is the kind of pub you can only find in the US in Boston. Cheers!

Authentic and delicious Irish food, served by the family, owners themselves. We ate at lunchtime. My husband is a picky eater, he says The Druid served the best chicken sandwich he's ever had. I loved the atmosphere, Irish music, band.

Sausage, beans MASH what a meal to have after a FAST! Drinks soda bread with buttah along with a bowl of Beef stew, you really can't go wrong. The basics done! Enjoy the music and food! Reserva una mesa ahora

Wednesday’s and Saturday’ s are the best! The bartenders Jackie and Kevin really create an amazing atmosphere! The best music and drinks in Inman Sq! I 10/10 recommend!

I enjoyed their Druid Chips and burger. Very good curry sauce! Next time I plan on trying their Fish Chips. They looked absolutely amazing!!

Delicious pub food in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, and the shepherd's pie was excellent.
