We visited Flavor Of India for a Sunday lunch buffet, which was advertised as $8.95 per person on weekends. However, the buffet offered limited variety, which might be expected at that price point. When it was time to pay, we were charged $12.95 per person instead of the advertised price. When we asked for an explanation, the staff seemed indifferent and gave no clear response. Considering the higher price, the buffet felt like a poor value due to the limited food options. It would have been better if they had added more variety to justify the price increase. There are several other nearby restaurants offering more food choices and better taste at lower prices.
Last Night we ordered some food. At last we asked any veg menu . The man who received the call told us that he does not know the menu .Actually we came from Maryland in New york for visiting Niagara Falls and being an Asian we have an immense desire tohave an Indian Food. Again we ordered the food and we asked the total price and he told us that he couldn’t tell us the totalprice and he caught up the phone .I have never seen such type of bad customer service in my life.The way he talked to me and hisbehavior is so rude.
A few weeks ago, I placed my first order and after waiting 15 minutes, they called to say none of the items I ordered were available. I canceled through Uber, but still got charged $10. Today, my husband tried ordering through a different app with pickup and planned to pay at the restaurant. We arrived right at the scheduled pickup time, only to find the restaurant closed—on a Tuesday at 8 PM! This has been the worst experience ever. Goodbye, Flavor of India! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food was disappointing, and the atmosphere was lacking. Unfortunately, I experienced racist behavior from both the owner and the staff, who made derogatory comments. My visit was far from enjoyable. It seemed that their views were very conservative. I won’t be returning, and I would advise anyone seeking a welcoming and inclusive dining experience to consider another South Asian restaurant instead.
The food was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the authentic Flavor of India. The new owners should update the photos to accurately represent the poor quality of the dishes. They even replaced the chicken shish kebab with ginger chicken, which was not a suitable substitute.
I was served old and unsanitary food at this restaurant! The meal was contaminated. I strongly advise against ordering from this location if you want to avoid food poisoning.
I don't understand why this restaurant keeps changing its name and claiming to have new management, when it's actually the same management and the place is still dirty.

The hot dishes at this restaurant are incredible! Cook Kesha and the rest of the staff create delicious custom-made dishes.
The naan is impossible to eat—it's as hard as a rock. Plus, the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk.
