I must say this place always makes me welcome and appreciated. I have spoken and treated some times with the numerous and always found them helpful to offer a great service. I moved to farnborough and didn't really know anywhere and then covid met. my phone also died, and when the first shut-off took off, I went in. my phone was dead. I had no appointment for a table. they have booked me on an ipad for the NHS tracking app and allowed me to put an order verbally on my table. I couldn't order drinks on the app as my phone was dead. they continue to serve me to respect covid. We made a reservation for our annual Christmas meal at this restaurant, with a group of 46 people. We received excellent service from Alfie and his team. The food was delicious and served hot. We had pre-ordered our Christmas menu which made the meal run smoothly. The staff had set up individual tabs for each person, including meal adaptations for preferences and allergies, making payment easy. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond for our group. They even took the time to take photos with our young adults. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back soon. The whole experience was amazing, and we left with 46 happy customers.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here with a party of 19 people. The staff reserved a section for us and provided impeccable service, despite it being a busy night with a football game and other customers to attend to. The food was delicious and served promptly. All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond for us. The venue was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this restaurant - it is definitely one of the best Hungry Horse venues out there. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful evening.

second visit in the gloster and just as happy as the last time. Four of us on this visit and the whole food was excellent quality. very happy customers, definitely recommended.
