On Saturday January 28 2023 at about 3 or 4 pm , I went to get my family cookies, I am a Manager where I’m employed at and let me tell you the young man who worked this day he had dreads in in hair , he has excellent customer service skills, he was working alone but didn’t seem stressed he had a line forming but he gave each customer his undivided attention that they needed the cookies was fresh and good. My son has a peanut allergy and he cleaned off all of his utensils and prepared my son’s cookies. He was great young men like him is what we need in our business . 10 Stars young man thank you
I purchased cookies from this establishment. When I bought the cookies, the employee was wearing gloves. However, the worker used the same gloves to handle the money. After completing the transaction, the employee did not change their gloves and went to the back to make fresh cookies with the dough. This was very careless on their part. I felt like I wasted my money.
This used to be the spot for cookies 6-7 years ago. I would not recommend these cookies as of now. The cookies don't even taste freshly made anymore. I quickly asked for a refund after I took one bite of the Cookie's. The young British man was very respectful and understanding about the situation. However, I definitely won't be coming here anytime soon.. if ever.
I ORDERED ON DOOR DASH AND THEY BROUGHT ME A WHOLE BUCKET OF BURNT SNICKER DOODLES I CALLED THE STORE AND THE GIRL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE PUT THE THE BLAME ON ANOTHER WORKER! If you want cookie just go get them yourself it would be a better outcome

Went twice. Got a bag full of cookies both twice. Incredible flavors. Amazing quality. Great selection options. I stop by whenever in in the area Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I saw rats and mice near the food counter recently. I repeat, do not waste your money here. You will end up regretting it.
The women working at Security Square Mall do not wear gloves, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak. Because of this, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
