Atmosphere is very cozy, not loud and the lights get dimmed later in the evening. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich except on Rosemary Focaccia which was delicious. Pimms cocktail was absolutely refreshing and the Gramble was good as well(Pimms was better though). Everyone else in my group seemed to enjoy their food/drinks as well. Nice quaint little spot, really didn't know what to expect going in here but was pleasantly surprised. Service was above average, atmosphere was nice, good spot to pop in and have a bite and a cold beer. The real star was the food, fish tacos are fabulous, pizza is great if you like different, fish and fries super however, the burger was rather bland surprisingly considering what was on it...might want to revisit the recipe for that one. Hats off to the chef, wikid job.
I had the special...a Rueben...it's not a usual menu item and was recommended by the waiter...It was a large,tasty sandwich. Four stars kinda fat to be honest, but three just mean. Got take out on their offering for Le Burger Week. Nice burger, not quite worth the price. Fries really good if a little too salty. I want to go back to try their fish and chips, which look proper. Looking forward to that.
