I was having a very rough night and needed a “late night pig-out”. Thinking the restaurant closed at 1am I came at 11:50 thinking there was an hour until close. The lady working (Wednesday 9/27/23) was very kind to me and really made my night. She even made onion rings fresh for me even though they closed in 10 minutes. I didn’t catch her name but I hope someone in upper management sees this review and says something to her. It was much needed and very appreciated!
This Burger King has ensured that I will never visit another one again. Initially, they got my order wrong, but when I approached them politely, they corrected it. However, while my daughter and I were eating in the car, I noticed spots of mold on the bread. I’ve never been so repulsed by a fast food restaurant. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize the quality of their food or getting orders right the first time. I give this a thumbs down for Burger King.
The manager that worked their was definitely on a power trip some kid managing a burgerking I had a broken foot told me I had to come in to receive my food on the the website it gave me the option to go through the drive through he would not admit that it could be done started yelling at me then didn’t even give me the whole order hopefully he will grow up but burgerking you need to replace the child I promise you will make more money at this store
The most terrible Burger King I've ever met in my life, no one works, the order waited 28 minutes, it's just not realistic, then it turned out that instead of Sprite they poured me regular water, everything around is very dirty, the staff doesn't even know a single word of Reserva una mesa ahora
I went through the drive through to order. Ivan was very helpful and incredibly friendly. I very much appreciated and enjoyed speaking with him while I waited for my order.Kid-friendliness: I’ve gotten food here for my kids here in the past, and it’s always made with care.
I purchased a family bundle, and the burgers were cold because the bread wasn't heated or toasted. I requested my potatoes with just a little salt, but the employee pretended to fry them and instead served me cold, salty potatoes.
