The Happy Mixer Gluten Free Bakery

This bakery has some of the tastiest treats!! I know some folks think that gluten free treats are not as good as treats with gluten but if they try The Happy Mixer they will change their tune. The chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Soft but still with a little crunch and filled with chips. My favorite is a tie between the peanut butter brownies and the cookies with raspberry jam. Both are outstanding! The staff is always very nice and can answer all your questions. Everything is gluten free but some items are soy free, egg free, vegan, etc. with clear labels on the items.

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from The Happy Mixer and we couldn't be happier with that decision! Our cake was delicious and exactly what we envisioned. As someone with Celiac Disease having a wedding cake I could enjoy on my wedding day was very important. Not only was I able to enjoy my wedding cake but guests who do not have gluten intolerance issues commented on how delicious our cake was and many guests went back for seconds! Our wedding cake was also very reasonable in cost, it ended up being much less than I anticipated which was another huge plus.

WOW!!! I have had some gluten free sweets before, but none that taste better than the *looks both ways* gluten goody treats. THIS PLACE PROVED ME WRONG!!! I got a cupcake, brownie, cookie sandwich, and a peanut butter chocolate thingy. I would give them all 5/5! Descriptions would be... Delicious. Moist. Amazing. Sweet. Perfect. MORE! The last one isn't a description of the food but how I felt after my first bite!! A completely dedicated gluten free facility that offers vegan friendly and nut free options! I can't wait to go back!!!

We went to The Happy Mixer yesterday evening and got two jumbo cupcakes (red velvet and salted caramel), cookies and crumb cake to share. Each and every item we tried was absolutely delicious. The greatest part of the items was they had just the right amount of sweetness, moisture, and scrumptiousness. This was my third time getting something from here and I know I’ll keep on coming back. Thank you for making the perfect gluten free baked goods!

Got a gluten free cake for my girlfriend's birthday as well as some bagels and snicker doodles, and we absolutely loved all of it! I would have gladly paid double for the cake will be sure to go back here!!
