When I opened it that evening, I was shocked to see that the ham was almost black in color, with burnt edges, although it was fine on the inside. My son ordered a ham and turkey delivered to my house 2 days before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving day l opened the ham, its big ham almost 10 lbs but I was very disappointed because it doesn't look right, it's overcooked likes burnt from brown sugar over the skin and there's no honey laying on the top and it's terrible salty . I took a picture if l have a chance to show to the manager. I wasn't expecting to receive like that. The turkey was ok. I hope I'll get a better one for coming Christmas dinner.
We all know during the holidays it gets super busy and Thanksgiving it?s not the exception. This year the store in West Covina got a better product presentation, well organized and a smooth customer service. Stopped by on Saturday, 11/18/23 to purchase the famous and most valuable player MVP), the honey-baked ham. Surprisingly, there was no line however it was quite busy inside. Family and I purchased a 4-ish pound ham $10.99 per pound). The floors were very sticky for some odd reason. I'm glad there's a Honey-Baked Ham store in the IE and near Pomona.
I usually like to get my ham here for Thanksgiving, but this year I waited an hour and a half in line which is normal on Thanksgiving eve) for the smallest ham which was 6lbs and it was 80 dollars.THEYRE PRICES ARE GETTING RIDICULOUS!! ITS A SHAME
Honestly I don't understand what's the point of ordering ahead of time when you still get in the same line with everyone coming to get a a last minute order. There has to be a better process in place to alleviate any confusion.
Best ham ever other then my wifes. And they double charged us but returned money with NO hassle at all. I think the young girls could us alittle more training but other then that ham is great!

Ordered online Monday. Fast and easy. Went to pick up Monday. My ham and roasted turkey was delicious. First time ordering from Honey Baked. Service was fast and easy.
It was quite crowded on the day of my visit. Next time, I'll make sure to order ahead and just pick up my items. Everyone really enjoyed the ham!
