I hope the actual store manager sees this! While the food is enjoyable, I’ve decided not to return because of their customer service. My girlfriend placed an online order, and although they charged her card, we arrived only to be told that our order had been canceled. All we wanted was to enjoy our meal, and we approached the situation politely, but the staff member was incredibly rude. I requested to speak with a manager, and she claimed to be "the owner." She accused us of lying and said that the DoorDash order was canceled, which was baffling since we ordered directly from the website—not through DoorDash. This is an outstanding seafood restaurant! It was my first time visiting The Juicy Crab, and I ordered the fried shrimp basket along with onion rings. Everything was cooked to perfection and served piping hot. The staff was both friendly and attentive. I also appreciated that they sanitized the tables after clearing them, as well as the laminated menus. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Overall, you get excellent seafood at a great value. I will definitely be returning!
I found my food to be overcooked. After taking a small bite of my lobster, I realized it was tough and lacking in flavor. The rest of the seafood was also overcooked, and my potato was mushy. I sent my dish back, but they returned the half lobster I had sent to the kitchen with even less food. I feel like I wasted $40 on this meal. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. On a positive note, my mom’s food was excellent, and the young lady who served me was very courteous.

Food here really wasn't that good. Our service was very poor. I believe I saw two maybe three servers in the entire restaurant. On more than one occasion my son had to find someone to request a refill. The environment compliments the theme for the overallrestaurant but I wish they would focus on food and better customer service. I doubt I will return to this restaurant again.
Wow. Best seafood I have had in a while counting my last two trips to Florida. Seasoning was something special. I got the Juicy that was a combination of garlic butter, lemon pepper and Cajun. Medium was hot but not too hot. Really very pleased with thisplace. Don?t forget to order the rum punch. My wife said it was fantastic.
We were passing through, and decided to stop here for dinner. The prices were actually a bit lower than our usual crab boil places. We paid $86 for 2 lbs of snow crab 1/2 head off shrimp 2 eggs. We got the juicy mix seasoning. Very tasty! And theservice was great as well. We'd definitely eat here again, if we were locals.
This was my first and probably. last time coming here my experience wasn?t as welcoming here my waitress was very rude but the greeter was very nice and welcoming the waitress just had a very bad attitude like she didn?t want to be bothered with anybodyother than that the food was decent

We absolutely love this place! It’s a favorite spot for my friend and me to enjoy crab legs and drinks after work!
Nothing fancy, but good food and great service. Have paid much more for much less. Will go again.
