The food is good, unfortunately the service was bad. The food was served, for five people. The last person came with the cutlery. This took five minutes. The food had been ready to be served for a while. As a result, the steak and fries were already cold. Indicating this meant that person received a new steak, before it arrived the others had already finished their food. The dessert was also left out too long, causing the ice cream to melt. All in all, the controls are not well coordinated. Because of this I wouldn't eat there again.
Staff are great here, always polite welcoming. As a person with disabilities I asked for a quiet table which was provided. Unfortunately access to it was really diffas the tables were too close to each other. We had a lovely evening with family. We liked the look of the new menu, however I ordered the new Biscoff Sundae was very disappointed with it. It appeared to be ice cream, topped with cream, a drizzle of sauce 2 biscuits sticking out of the top. Nothing special, I won't be ordering it again :
You don’t go to this pub for exceptional food it’s very basic but keenly priced and you can find something to eat on menu. Service always very good and there is always a friendly atmosphere great tea and coffee nice walking pit stop
Great venue, in a lovely community location, fantastic outside space which we are in as the weather was perfect for alfresco dining. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was good value for money

The hospitality was next level, the staff were very accommodating and we had an over-all pleasant experience!! I believe some of our Steaks were not cooked quite as prescribed, but they were still lovely
This was our first visit. We arrived and seated promptly. Our food arrived in a timely manner. It was piping hot which is important to us. Service was excellent.
Great pub, lovely food, and the team were very attentive even given the business of the day, would absolutely recommend sue gave great service
I had a wonderful drink at this pub. Although I wasn't there for long this time, I am never disappointed as long as I can secure a table.

The food is ok if you can withstand the chaotic ordering at the bar, the slow service and the unsmiling manager. I wouldn’t recommend.
